PATTERN TESTER CALL
I am now looking for testers for the pattern for the Planet Earth Blanket in overlay mosaic crochet.
If you are interested please follow the link at the end of this Blog Post to the Application Form on Google Forms. You must share two photos of your work. If you do not share photos of your work, you will not be considered as a tester.
The tester call out will close on 31 August, you will be notifed by September 7 if you are accepted as a tester.
While you don't have to be an experienced crocheter to take part in this test, I will give first preference to those who have experience with overlay mosaic crochet.
The pattern can be completed as a temperature blanket, or as a normal overlay mosaic crochet pattern. I am looking for testers for both versions.
If completing the pattern as a temperature blanket, you may use any colour palette you wish, although I will provide the one I use. It is also your own choice whether you use your temperature colours to represent the water, or the land masses. You may also use as many colours as you wish, for both versions. Yarn weight is your own choice - I am looking to have this pattern tested in a variety of yarn weights.
Please note this will be a large blanket when completed, and will require a large amount of yarn.
Please note - the pattern has currently only completed the first test to the 330th row, there may be typos/ stitch count errors in the written pattern, as part of the test you will be required to notify me if you encounter any of those errors.
